Description

Ignác Alpár József (born Schöckl József; 17 January 1855 in Pest – 27 April 1928 in Zürich) was a Hungarian architect. Many of his buildings became determinant elements of the cityscape of Budapest. His most well-known work is the Hungarian National Bank’s building in Budapest.
