COLLECTOR COINS TO COMMEMORATE THE 30TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE RE-ESTABLISHMENT OF THE BUDAPEST STOCK EXCHANGE
The Magyar Nemzeti Bank will issue a silver collector coin with a face value of 10,000 forints and its non-ferrous metal version of 2,000 forints to mark the 30th anniversary of the re-establishment of the Budapest Stock Exchange on 21 June 2020. By reopening the stock exchange, one of the fundamentals of a competitive, innovative economy was re-established. The collector coins in honour of this key event in economic history, were designed by applied artist Zoltán Endrődy.
