Two top awards at Coin Constellation!
In the 2019 international Coin Constellation competition held in Russia, two coins issued by the MNB won awards on 23 January 2020. The “Gold Florin of Albert Habsburg” designed by Fanni Király took First Prize in the category “Gold Coin of the Year”. In the category “Best Circulation Coin”, the 50-forint circulation coin commemorating the “Year of the Family”, the thematic side of which was designed by Kósa István, took the prize for 2nd Place.
Organised by Water Mark Publishing House since 2007, the Coin Constellation international competition held each year is open to coins issued in the previous year.
