Description
In 2011, the táncház (dance house) method was added to the register of best preservation practices, as a Hungarian model for the transmission of intangible cultural heritage. The movement received the document certifying this in 2012.
Front: The front features an embroidered tulip motif. The upper circular legend reads “MAGYARORSZÁG”, while the lower legend has the denomination “3000” and “FORINT”. Below the upper legend, one finds the mint mark “BP.” on the left and the date “2013” on the right.
Back:The back shows a pair dressed in folk dress dancing. The circular legend on the back reads “MAGYAR TÁNCHÁZ MÓDSZER”. The master mark of designer András Szilos is found on the right.
